1. Scope of Services
Project scope, features, pages, integrations, timeline and deliverables are confirmed through written discussion, proposal, quotation or agreement before work begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, branding, approvals, access credentials and other materials required for the project. Delays in providing these items may affect delivery timelines.
3. Website Payment After Completion
Where DAPVIORA offers payment after completion for a website project, it applies to the agreed scope and terms confirmed before work begins. Additional features, third-party charges, premium assets, hosting, domains or work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are completed according to the agreed project scope. Major redesigns, new requirements or changes requested after approval may require a revised timeline and additional charges.
5. Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, messaging platforms, plugins and other third-party services are governed by their respective providers. Their fees, approval processes, uptime and policy changes are outside DAPVIORA’s direct control.
6. Intellectual Property
Final ownership and source-code delivery depend on the project agreement and completion of all applicable obligations. The client must have rights to all text, images, logos and material supplied for use in the project.
7. Portfolio Use
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, DAPVIORA may display completed public work in its portfolio and marketing materials. Sensitive business information will not be intentionally disclosed.
8. Limitation
DAPVIORA will use professional care in delivering services but cannot guarantee specific business revenue, search ranking, sales volume or third-party platform outcomes.
